As a Warehouse Selector, your role involves selecting, storing, packing, and monitoring inventory to fulfill customer orders efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities include operating powered industrial equipment safely, following pre- and post-shift procedures, utilizing voice systems for order selection, constructing pallets with care, attaching labels, securing products, and maintaining quality standards.
You will transport pallets to designated areas, meet productivity goals, and adhere to HACCP and SQF safety protocols.
Additional duties involve warehouse cleaning, maintaining a safe environment, and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Environment varies in temperature, and shifts are typically four days a week, 10-12 hours long.
Preferred experience includes warehouse operations, MHE operation, and proficiency in English. Skills required include a strong safety focus, physical ability to lift up to 85 lbs, effective communication, organization, teamwork, and attention to quality standards.
Physical demands involve standing, bending, twisting, and operating equipment throughout long shifts in temperature-controlled settings.
