Psychiatric Institute of Washington (PIW) in Washington, DC is actively seeking a Psychiatrist to join our inpatient services. We are currently recruiting for a weekend coverage and PRN position.

Position Details:
As a Weekend/PRN Psychiatrist for Inpatient services, responsibilities include initial evaluations and assessments, as well as daily care of patients in the acute program.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree from an accredited program required
- Board certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry required
- Licensed to practice in Washington DC or the ability to obtain a DC medical license
- Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
- Flexibility to see all ages as well as substance use disorder
Compensation Package:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:
- Hourly rate or Fee for Service model
- Malpractice insurance coverage
Independent contractor options can be considered if needed/desired.
