Weekend RN

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) for home health and hospice care, working weekends only (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). This role involves providing one-on-one patient care in their homes, covering incoming calls, and coordinating services with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient visits and assessments
• Initiate and revise care plans
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and hospice care

Qualifications:

• Current RN license and nursing degree
• Preferred experience in home health or hospice
• Strong clinical skills and reliable transportation
