Welder - 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled Welder to support piling and foundation projects by fabricating, fitting, and welding structural steel components. This role requires experience with heavy steel, reading blueprints, and performing high-quality welds in shop and field environments. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and experienced in construction or industrial settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing MIG and TIG welding on steel piling, pipes, and structural parts
• Fabricating and assembling materials per drawings and specifications
• Reading blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders
• Cutting, grinding, fitting, and preparing materials
• Inspecting welds and structures for quality
• Operating welding equipment and tools safely
• Assisting with field welding and repairs
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
• Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines

• Proven welding experience with carbon steel and heavy materials
• Ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols

• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in demanding conditions
