Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding according to established processes and specifications
Assemble and weld components using defined parameters and work instructions
Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and job documentation
Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with quality and cosmetic standards
Complete job tracking paperwork and labor time reporting accurately
Perform secondary operations such as deburring, metal finishing, and feature additions
Address minor fitment or dimensional issues while maintaining quality requirements
Meet or exceed established production and efficiency targets
Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 6S standards
Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment based on training and experience
Support training and development of other welders to internal standards
Follow all safety guidelines, work procedures, and standard practices
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or area coordinator
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of a vocational or certified welding program required
Demonstrated experience with MIG and/or TIG welding (certification preferred)
Ability to weld complex parts with limited tooling or fixturing
Strong attention to detail and visual quality of welds
Ability to work independently and follow prioritized instructions
Comfortable working in a production manufacturing environment
