Join our team as a Welder Trainee to develop welding skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include operating an overhead crane, adjusting welding currents, assembling and welding metal parts, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Candidates should have experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and welding, with the ability to read blueprints and pay attention to detail.
The role offers comprehensive training, a sign-on bonus, double-time pay on Sundays, and benefits such as medical, dental, 401(k), and more.
Work is on-site in McConnellsburg, PA, with shifts from 6am to 4pm during training and subsequent production shifts with shift differentials.
