We are hiring a skilled Welder for supporting piling and foundation projects in Hanover, PA. The schedule is from 6am-6pm, Friday through Sunday, with a pay rate of $17-18/hr.
The role involves fabricating, fitting, and welding structural steel components using MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core processes. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, preparing materials, inspecting welds, operating welding tools, and assisting with field repairs. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, experienced with heavy steel, and capable of working in demanding environments.
Requirements include proven welding experience in construction or structural steel, proficiency with various welding techniques, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and physical stamina. Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential.
