This role involves providing technical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical support for plant welding and assembly equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
Principal duties include installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery; troubleshooting production issues; supporting daily operations; performing preventive maintenance; managing robot programming and weld prototypes; and ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of welding maintenance experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of robot programming (FANUC, ABB, MOTOMAN, NACHI, KUKA), and the ability to lift 50 lbs. They should work independently, follow safety protocols, and be flexible for overtime and extended hours.
