We are hiring a Production Operator in Webb City, MO, offering $20.12/hour with a shift differential of $1.25/hour for afternoon or midnight shifts. After 90 days of performance, eligible for a rate increase.
Essential functions include operating, troubleshooting, and adjusting machinery; loading boxes; transporting materials with a forklift; performing quality checks; and following safety protocols. Additional tasks may involve operating cast or paint machines, replacing tooling, and maintaining raw materials.
Requirements include being at least 18, with preferred experience in production and forklift operation. Candidates should have mechanical and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and capable of working in various environments and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility for shifts and weekends is needed.
