Wire Processing Machinery Operator (Skaltech/Rewind)
Location: McKinney, TX
Compensation: $17.50 – $20/hr + $2.00/hr overnight shift differential (up to $19.50/hr) | Regular overtime at 1.5x | Full benefits package

You arrive for your evening start, review the production schedule, and prepare the Skaltech and Rewind machines for a smooth run. Through the night, you keep a close eye on equipment, check product quality, and keep the work area organized and safe. You support your crew by communicating updates, following OSHA and company safety practices, and helping the team hit production goals—backed by steady hours and reliable overtime opportunities.
