Description
• Provide project support for Recruiting and Talent modules.
• Assist with daily production support as needed.
• Configure business processes and support testing activities.
• Implement system enhancements and create validation rules.
• Troubleshoot user issues and document workflows.
• Perform quality audits and monitor IT tickets.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and manage business processes for recruiting and talent.
• Support testing by developing test plans and creating test cases.
• Implement system enhancements and create calculated fields.
• Troubleshoot production issues and document workflows.
• Perform quality audits and monitor case resolutions.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to document thoroughly and develop proof of concepts rapidly.
• Strong multitasking skills and clear communication abilities.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical documentation.
• End-to-end experience implementing functionality and modules.
