The Yard Crewmember role is a part-time position starting at $15/hr, based in Longview, TX.
- Assist customers in the lumberyard, greet them, and respond to inquiries.
- Load/unload products safely, stock items, and verify merchandise.
- Operate forklifts and perform routine safety checks.
- Maintain yard cleanliness, organize materials, and protect items from weather.
- Cut lumber as needed, attend meetings, and perform other store support duties.
Skills/Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions, remain professional, and operate equipment with certification. Must lift up to 80 lbs, work outdoors in various weather, and be flexible for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred.
