The Director is responsible for service line operational performance, technical quality, client outcomes, and team leadership across FEMA Public Assistance (PA), Individual Assistance (IA), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), 404/406 Mitigation, CDBG-DR, and other disaster recovery and post-disaster hazard mitigation program and project implementation. The Director supports service line business development by providing subject matter expertise, capture input, and builds/maintains client relationships to support corporate growth efforts as directed by the VP of Recovery in all aspects of the Recovery portfolio as prescribed by the CEO and ACDC’s Corporate Values Platform.
