The successful candidate will have a track record of developing and establishing supply chain business processes that support multiple global clinical programs.Key responsibilities include: <ul><li>Responsible and accountable for development and implementation of global processes for demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management</li><li>Responsible for labeling, distribution, monitoring inventory, supply planning, procurement and logistics activities globally across Contract Manufacturing Organizations, management of drug depots for clinical sites for global clinical trials.</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for oversight of all domestic and international shipments to support TechOps and Clinical Operations</li><li>Provides oversight and management of secondary packaging and labeling operations at CMOs</li><li>Works closely with Technical Operations, Clinical Development, and Clinical Operations teams to understand clinical demand requirements and ensure alignment with study teams to supply plans and timelines</li><li>Collaborate with Regulatory and Manufacturing to ensure labeling is compliant for specific regions</li><li>Represent clinical supply in Clinical Operations study execution team meetings and CMC meetings</li><li>Collaborates with Clinical Operations to create, review, and modify SOPs and key documents for Clinical Trials supply as well as templates for use during clinical trials (request forms, excursion forms, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and oversee transport, storage, and distribution operations for global study locations</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>BS with 7+ years clinical supply chain experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry</li><li>Experience managing CMO, IRT, clinical distribution vendors</li><li>Experience with handling, monitoring, and shipment of cryogenic products required</li><li>Experience with international shipping logistics including generation of pro-forma and commercial invoices</li><li>Understanding of import/export requirements including incoterms and importer of record roles</li><li>IATA training preferred</li><li>Solid understanding of cGMPs, clinical operations, and development processes</li><li>Detailed oriented with ability to work in a fast-changing environment</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong collaboration and excellent team skills to be successful in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.</li></ul>Adicet Bio is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE, NONCLINICAL DEVELOPMENTResponsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate and communicate effectively with members of the Nonclinical Development team and other cross-functional scientists.</li><li>Prepare and execute in vivo studies using xenograft mouse models to evaluate the pre-clinical efficacy of cell-based cancer therapeutics. Includes animal preparation, tumor implantation (disseminated, subcutaneous, orthotopic), dosing of therapeutics via various routes of administration, monitoring tumor growth by IVIS imaging or caliper measurements, and survival and terminal tissue and blood collections for ex vivo analysis.</li><li>Maintain tissue cell cultures and process tissue samples for flow cytometry analysis and other assays to elucidate mechanism of action.</li><li>Collect, enter, and analyze study data in ELN systems and generate study reports. Summarize and present data in group meetings and other forums as needed.</li><li>Maintain vivarium experimental equipment and ensure the availability of appropriate materials and reagents for study activities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>BS or MS in biological sciences with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a research laboratory, preferably in an industry setting.</li><li>Prior experience handling research rodents, particularly immunocompromised mice, for pre-clinical assessments of cancer therapeutics using xenograft and/or syngeneic tumor models required.</li><li>Proficiency in animal dosing techniques (i.v., s.c., i.p.) required.</li><li>Proficiency with mammalian cell culture techniques such as thawing, cell line passaging, cell counting and bank cryopreservation required.</li><li>Prior experience preparing and analyzing tissue samples for flow cytometry and operation of live animal imaging equipment for monitoring of bioluminescence/fluorescence is a plus.</li><li>Must be able to work in a dynamic team environment and communicate effectively in both spoken and written forms.</li><li>Effective trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Should not have allergies to laboratory rodents which impedes working in a vivarium.Pay Range$85,000—$118,000 USDAt Adicet, our people are our greatest focus.
