Position requires frequent sitting, occasional walking, climbing stairs, standing on cement floors, turning, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling; may be subject to adverse working conditions, dust, grime, noise, fumes, wet floors etc., including weather; requires irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends, evening, and holidays, determined by event schedule and/or department need; Must possess the ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds to desk level. Provide staffing support for data entry (hours allocations, reports, security logs), assist with the POD’s (plan of the day) as needed, regular written correspondence, maintain and organize office files, customer service representation, and verbal communications, and special projects.
