At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity.</li></ul>Learn About a Day in the Life of a PCT:<div></div> Responsibilities <ul><li>The patient care technician works in an entry-level position providing basic patient care under nursing supervision. </li><li>Assists patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other activities of daily living. </li><li>Observe patients’ progress to prepare and disseminate reports to Registered Nurses. </li><li>Obtains and records patients' vital signs and collects specimens for lab tests. </li><li>Provides basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.</li></ul> Qualifications Job Requirements:<ul><li>Must have BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer into position.</li></ul>Preferred Job Requirements:<ul><li>High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.</li><li>Completion of High School PCT competencies</li></ul>
