We are committed to to provide a positive and educational dental experience that encourages our patients to help them to take bettter care of their teeth. Responsibilites<ul><li>Ensure the patient is comfortable during their dental visit</li><li>Review medical and dental history with patients</li><li>Identify conditions like gingivitis , periodontal disease or caries</li><li>Take necessary x-rays</li><li>Provide professional dental cleanings based on patients personal need (professional cleanings, periodontal maintenance or scaling and root planning).</li><li>Educate and instruct patients of all ages on proper dental care</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and charting on each patient</li><li>Sterilize and disinfection of operatory as well as dental instruments</li><li>Monitor supplies</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Dental hygienist licensure from an accredited school</li><li>Diploma in dental hygiene</li><li>Proven experience in the dental field</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of dental health and safety regulations</li><li>Strong communucation skills</li><li>Ability to administer local anesthesia </li></ul>   Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $40 - $50 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No

Planning Manager

Conduct monthly Demand Review with assigned Sales Channel, gaining a deep and thorough understanding of new product launches, discontinuations, door openings/expansions/closures, and other leading indicators in preparing the forecast. Support Demand Planning Analyst(s) as needed in key tasks within the monthly S&OP cycle and maintain top-line knowledge of their respective assigned Sales Channel.

The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast by SKU for the assigned Sales Channel and owning the demand plan. S/he will act as a demand planning partner to the Sales Team. The role reports to the Director of Demand Planning.<ul><li>Partner with Sales Channel to understand product demands (promotions, marketing events, historical sales, door changes, etc.).</li><li>Provide trends, forecast misses, and other intelligence to help inform Sales Channel during Monthly Demand Review.</li><li>Support new product launches and account initiatives by informing pipe and replenishment recommendations.</li><li>Support Supply Planning and Distribution with forecasts to drive production, distribution requirements, and capacity analysis.</li></ul>Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>Own the demand plan for the assigned Sales Channel representing 55+% of annual sales.</li><li>Conduct monthly Demand Review with assigned Sales Channel, gaining a deep and thorough understanding of new product launches, discontinuations, door openings/expansions/closures, and other leading indicators in preparing the forecast.</li><li>Maintain SKU, product, and category performance metrics, identifying and applying trend impact to the Sales Channel/Account forecast. Identify lagging indicators, exception items, and track assumptions underlying forecast to deliver a Demand Planning forward forecast recommendation for Monthly Demand Review with assigned Sales Channel.</li><li>Prepare data as required within the monthly S&OP cycle.</li><li>Support Demand Planning Analyst(s) as needed in key tasks within the monthly S&OP cycle and maintain top-line knowledge of their respective assigned Sales Channel.</li><li>Support Director of Demand Planning as needed in key tasks within the monthly S&OP cycle, and maintain top-line knowledge of total company.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree.</li><li>5+ years Demand Planning in a high SKU CPG environment. Cosmetic industry helpful.</li><li>2+ years participating in S&OP activities.</li><li>ERP experience required. Familiarity with advanced planning platform helpful (APO, Blue Ridge, Demand Caster, Logility, etc.).</li><li>Advanced Excel required.</li><li>Strong supply chain acumen with understanding of drivers that impact demand/supply (MOQs, lead time, logistics).</li><li>Understanding of inventory principles (safety/cycle stock, retail replenishment, inventory turns, weeks of coverage, etc.).</li><li>Strong communication skills to influence collaboratively across functions.</li><li>International and ECommerce demand planning experience a plus.</li><li>Excellent analytical, presentation, and writing skills.</li><li>Proven leadership skills.</li><li>Must be willing to meet in-person at our corporate office or warehouse when needed.</li></ul>Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 yearly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.#J-18808-Ljbffr
