Description:CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking for a full-time Administrative Specialist for the Freehold Office. Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Administrative Specialist will perform a variety of administrative duties that support the functioning of the agency including supporting staff, receiving the public, assisting persons' served, assisting with the upkeep of the agency vehicles, and answering telephone calls. HIGHLIGHTS<ul><li>Provides receptionist and office support duties by answering incoming calls, routing callers or providing information as required. Takes and transmits messages, greets and directs members of the public, maintains clean and presentable office. Scans, collates, binds, photocopies and faxes documents.</li><li>Responds to basic requests for information and routine questions in person and through email correspondence. Description:The Wellness Respite Assistant Manager works under the direction of the Program Manager and assists with the supervision of the Wellness Associates. The Assistant Program Manager provides supportive services geared towards facilitating the guests successful stay, learning crisis coping skills and working toward realizing their full potential. HIGHLIGHTS:<ul><li>Participates in individual service coordination activities as defined in NJAC 10:37A-1.2.</li><li>Ensures guest charts are up to date, consistent with policy and meets the DMHS regulatory guidelines.
