The Infection Prevention RN/ Staff Development is responsible for designing systems and approving actions to prevent or control infections, based on surveillance reports of infections and infection potential among residents and staff. We serve our residents with compassion, concern, and excellence, believing that every one of them is a unique person who deserves our best each day that we care for them.
