If performing laundry tasks, this will include but not be limited to washing & drying resident laundry and linen, delivering and putting away all laundered items, proper usage, storage and maintenance of all equipment, and labeling resident laundry. Ensure that work & assigned areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are properly stored at all times, as well as before leaving such areas for breaks, mealtimes, and the end of the workday.

The Admissions/Medical Records Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing the admissions intake and medical records functions of the Nursing Department(s) by assessing new residents and reviewing the baseline care plans with the nursing leadership team. Review high risk residents upon admission using fall risk assessment ensuring orders for preventative interventions are in place, care plan for interventions entered and CNA sheets/profiles are updated.
