Electroswitch Machining Center, located in Rockland MA is currently seeking an experience Supervisor for our Tool & Die department.  Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position will supervise, plan, organize and coordinate the work assigned to the tool and die, molding, punch press, large and small broaches, and CNC functions.Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:Schedule, prioritize and assign work to employees in designated areas.  Monitor and check work assignments to ensure quality and timely completions of orders.Hire, train, discipline, and terminate employees.  Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations.  Approve or disapprove vacations, sick time, leave of absence, overtime, and any excused absence.  Recommend and justify the hiring of temporary employees.Design dies and fixtures using AutoCAD or other related computer design systems, build and run all dies, fixtures, gages and molds.  Including the assembly and subassembly tooling at both locations.  Maintain tool maintenance records.
