You are an exceptional communicator and a natural collaborator who is excited about the opportunity to contribute to this function and work closely with cross functional leaders.The OpportunityThe ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert working within the DMPK team to drive the DMPK strategy across all designated programs and pipelines. You are ready to partner with drug discovery scientists as we evaluate gene targeting modalities and carry out analytical assays for functional validation both in vitro and in vivo. The OpportunityThe Senior Research Associate, Ocular Research (Contract) will have the opportunity to be involved in several aspects of Ocular programs, including assisting in developing in vitro diseased models using iPSCs. You’ll be expected to work through techniques like RNA/DNA extraction, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, RT-ddPCR, western blot, tissue embedding, sectioning, staining, and imaging. The ideal candidate will be managing and ordering chemicals and supplies, as well as writing protocols.
