**Introduction to the team**

Our team audits the service organization controls $SOC$ of the third parties our clients rely on to keep their business running. The Compliance Senior takes the lead in providing quality assurance and quality control throughout all stages of SOC projects for multiple of the team's key regions, from initial client acceptance to on-the-ground reporting, through to final report issuance.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage IT Audit engagements including client expectations, budgets and financial reporting

+ Deliver detailed analysis of findings and coordinate all analytical, technical and research tasks

+ Collaborate with Managers and Senior Manager in the areas of risk assessment, IT Audit

+ Build relationships with existing clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities

+ Provide both leadership and supervision to IT Audit Staff

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience required

+ Minimum of 2 years of related experience required; experience as a quality assurance/quality control, or equivalent preferred; Big 4 experience preferred

+ Active CISA preferred

+ Strong English grammar and spelling

+ Ability to understand or learn technical information related to IT Compliance offerings and firm processes

+ Outstanding proofreading ability

+ Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5-30%

The Salesforce Consulting Senior is responsible for developing technical solutions that exceed client expectations, anticipate business needs and simplify processes. In addition to accurate technical development and innovative solution design, this position is responsible for leading client calls to discover requirements and review technical development, creating daily and weekly client touch points, client training and building custom reports.

+ Design mock ups of custom pages

+ Rapidly prototype solutions and integrate feedback to support iterative development cycles

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

+ Minimum 2 years relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting experience preferred. Salesforce Administrator Certification $Admin 201$ required

+ Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader and/or DemandTools

+ Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator $Admin 301$ preferred

+ Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the salesforce platform

+ Experience building simple decision models from complex logic requirements

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office $Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint$ with fluency in Excel and Google Sheets

+ Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
