MVM offers a variety of professional services including authorized communication monitoring, document tracking, and language or cultural analysis. On top of offering security services, MVM also has a variety of training programs to vet and select candidates for justice organizations, including basic law enforcement training and interrogation training.

Customers of MVM, Inc. include the Department of Justice, the Internal Revenue Service, the NSA, and the Department of Homeland Security. MVM Inc. has average annual revenue of $200 million, and was one of the security firms selected to provide guards and cultural training in Iraq. MVM Job Opportunities

Across the country, MVM, Inc. needs court security officers to ensure the safety of federal courts and employees. Court Security Officers need to manage and operate standard security equipment, patrol assigned posts, and provide armed escort services for judges, jurors, and other court personnel. The CSO does not handle prisoners or monitor cell blocks, but should have at least three years experience in certified law enforcement.

On top of its security contractors across the nation, MVM Inc. also needs administrative staff based out of its Ashburn headquarters. Some positions, like Operations Technical Assistants, work to collect, file, or distribute information and reports about ongoing contracts. They need to comfortably work with databases that track medical results, equipment purchases, and uniform issues. This means strong organizational skills are a must, and good writing skills are preferred.
