This role is integral to our mission of enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs and behavioral therapists to ensure clinical excellence.</li><li>Program Development: Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism and intellectual disabilities.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments, progress evaluations, and data analysis to ensure treatment efficacy and compliance with best practices.</li><li>Collaboration: Foster open communication with team members, clients, families, and stakeholders to build strong, supportive partnerships.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services align with ethical guidelines, relevant regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to clinical staff.</li><li>Strategic Planning: Implement initiatives to enhance the quality and scope of clinical services while driving continuous improvement in programming.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).</li><li>2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or higher overseeing clients from Wayne County/DWIHN.</li><li>Minimum of 7+ years of experience as BCBA with progressive management experience.</li><li>Proven track record of successful program development and leadership within the ABA field.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of trends and best practices in developmental disabilities and ABA therapy.</li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a client-centered focus.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
