The Management Consultant - Financial Management will support the OCIO Resource Management Office (RMO) by providing program management, financial analysis, process integration, change management, and reporting services. This mid-level position focuses on improving operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth financial and organizational processes.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>Program Management:</p><ul><li>Assist in planning and documenting strategic initiatives and roadmaps.</li><li>Support the preparation of Annual Operating Plans, resource utilization plans, and financial models.</li><li>Assist in preparing presentations for leadership and steering committees.</li></ul><p>Change Management:</p><ul><li>Provide support for organizational change efforts, including process re-engineering.</li><li>Assist with business analysis and development of process improvement recommendations.</li></ul><p>Process Integration:</p><ul><li>Analyze and recommend process improvements and automation solutions.</li><li>Develop visuals and materials related to procurement, budget processes, and financial trends.</li></ul><p>Communications:</p><ul><li>Assist in preparing and tracking Customer Funding Agreements (CFAs) and ensure accurate monthly billing.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and ensure smooth financial reporting and communications.</li></ul><p>Reporting:</p><ul><li>Compile and upload monthly billing data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.</li><li>Support financial reconciliations and provide analysis on program costs and telecom usage.</li><li>Assist with budget documentation and reporting for audits and fiscal planning.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, program management, management consulting, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with budget planning, financial reporting, and data analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of program/project management methodologies and experience with change management or process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Strong proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling tools) and experience with enterprise systems (e.g., PRISM, DELPHI, or other financial management platforms).</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with large datasets.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to stakeholders.</li><li>Experience working in or with government agencies (preferred but not required).</li><li>Familiarity with federal budgeting processes or working capital funds (preferred but not required).</li></ul><h3>Pay Range</h3>USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.<h3>EEO</h3><p><em>PCI Federal Services (PCIFS) and it's subsidiaries is an equal-opportunity employer.
