<div>Description  ****Average Salary is $63,377.60 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****   The Mental Health Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling to children, adolescents, families, and caregivers. Responsibilities include establishing trust with clients, creating treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and offering therapeutic intervention.
