<div><h2>Job Summary:</h2><p>Monday - Friday </p><p>This position entails supervising various financial functions, including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, payroll management, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and tax preparation assistance.</p></div><div><h2>Duties/Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.</li><li>Ensure precise recording and classification of financial transactions.</li><li>Evaluate financial operations, identify areas for improvement, and offer guidance on optimizing efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate on developing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategies to achieve long-term financial goals.</li><li>Monitor accounts for accurate reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Create budget projections, monitor performance, compare actual results to estimates, and report on any discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare for and facilitate financial audits and tax procedures.</li><li>Maintain adherence to accounting standards and regulations.</li></ul></div><div><h2>Required Skills/Abilities:</h2><ul><li>Demonstrated understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.</li><li>Strong grasp of applied mathematics.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Effective time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software applications.</li></ul></div><div><h2>Education and Experience:</h2><ul><li>Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.</li><li>Preferred: Minimum of three years of accounting experience.</li><li>Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, etc.</li><li>Experience interacting with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.</li></ul></div><div><h2>Physical Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Extended periods of standing may be required.</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.</li></ul><div class="gmail_default"><p><strong>Benefits & Pay:</strong></p><ul><li>Starting Pay: $23/hr. </li><li>Paid Every Friday!</li><li>Direct Deposit and/or Paycards Available.</li><li>Paid Holidays & PTO (Based on accrued hour requirements).</li><li>Medical Coverage - Access to affordable and comprehensive group medical coverage.</li></ul></div><div class="gmail_default"><strong>Apply online, call, or stop by today!
