Management Analyst

The Materials Management Analyst II will be responsible for material inventory metrics and tracking execution, such as days of supply, excess inventory, and aged materials. This is our company ethos, but it’s our people’s too: Refresco is at the cutting edge of a fast-moving industry because we have passionate people pushing the boundaries of what’s best.Stop and think: how would YOU put our drinks on every table?Summary Description:<ul><li>The Materials Management Analyst II will be responsible for material inventory metrics and tracking execution, such as days of supply, excess inventory, and aged materials.</li></ul>Essential Functions:<ul><li>Material Projects analysis</li><li>Manage and communicate inventory analysis reports to key stakeholders (Account Managers, Production Planners, Material Planners).</li><li>Use critical thinking to build scenarios and analyze solutions to mitigate exposure risk ($)</li><li>Project and analyze month-end inventory across all materials.</li><li>Extension requests upon material expiration.</li><li>Project and analyze month-end exposure risk for all aged materials to accounting and Supply Chain Finance.</li><li>Assist Project Management in projects that arise for cost savings and/or sustainability initiatives.</li><li>Extract data from a variety of sources and provide analysis in presentable formats such as reports, charts, and graphs.</li><li>Generate, interpret, validate, and summarize monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports as needed to support and drive business initiatives.</li><li>Assist with special projects as needed.</li><li>Lead standardization for inventory and aging processes.</li><li>Monitors and supports the following functions:<ul><li>Procurement</li><li>Finance</li><li>Master Data</li><li>Production Planner</li><li>Materials Planner</li></ul></li><li>This role is also responsible for playing the role as super user (Key User) for Supply Chain Planning, reporting and deployment.</li><li>Additionally, this role supports ad-hoc business analytics / reporting to identify trends and support the rundown, launches, and deactivation.</li></ul>Required Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>3+ years of excellent SAP experience</li><li>Power BI (or similar) experience preferred</li><li>MRP, Material Planning and Order Management skills</li><li>Advanced excel and reporting skills</li><li>Leadership</li><li>Collaboration and training</li><li>Strategic Thinking</li><li>Self-starter, ability to lead technical components of projects based on overall plan with minimal direction</li><li>Data driven, analytical with strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communicator and strong team player who can work across multiple functions.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure with limited guidance but with the business acumen to drive the correct decisions based upon company pillars.</li><li>Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change.</li><li>Relates well to people, resolves conflicts, understands, and meets needs of business partners.</li><li>Consistently delivers results and demonstrates personal initiative and independent motivation to achieve goals and objectives.</li><li>Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>3 – 5 years’ experience working in Supply Chain analysis</li><li>BA/BS in Business or Supply Chain preferred</li><li>Prior experience in food/ beverage manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain is highly desirable.</li></ul>Travel Requirements:<ul><li>Based in Tampa corporate office with minimal travel requirements.</li></ul>A Career with RefrescoRefresco offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, which include:<ul><li>Medical/dental/vision insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>401(k) savings plan with company match</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation</li></ul>Join Refresco TODAY and enjoy a rewarding CAREER!#J-18808-Ljbffr
