TYPICAL DUTIES: Supervises subcontractors and provides a liaison between the architects, engineers, owner's representatives, inspectors, and trades to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications. Must be proficient in understanding and/or implementing healthcare specific requirements, such as ICRA/PCRA requirements and upkeep, patient safety and renovations in occupied healthcare settings, special systems, DHSR, etc.
