The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-energy restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, strong connections within Denver's VIP scene, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires someone who thrives in late-night settings, has an eye for detail, and can lead a team to deliver memorable events and top-tier hospitality.Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Leadership & Operations: Oversee day-to-day bar and club operations, including staff management, guest services, event planning, and compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Guest Relations and Promotions: Utilize your large personal guest book of VIP clients to elevate the club’s profile and ensure exclusive experiences for top-tier guests.</li><li>Financial Management: Manage budgets, P&Ls, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring the profitability of the club.</li><li>Event Management: Collaborate with event planners and promoters to host high-profile events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure the bar and club adheres to all city, state, and federal regulations, including alcohol service and safety protocols.</li><li>Customer Experience: Maintain a strong presence on the floor during events, ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving issues, and elevating the club’s reputation.</li><li>Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including maintaining TIPS and ServSafe certifications.</li></ol>Qualifications:<ol><li>5+ years of experience as a General Manager/equivalent leadership role in a full-service bar, restaurant, and nightclub environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Denver's nightlife and a substantial VIP guest network.</li><li>TIPS and ServSafe certifications (required).</li><li>Valid Guard Card in Denver (required).</li><li>Proven track record of managing staff, operations, and large-scale events.</li><li>Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.</li><li>Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.</li><li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li></ol>Benefits:<ol><li>Competitive salary with quarterly bonus opportunities.</li><li>PTO and 401K plan.</li><li>Health, vision, and dental insurance (optional).</li><li>Daily free meal provided.</li><li>A vibrant and collaborative work environment.</li></ol>#J-18808-Ljbffr
