The Project Superintendent will have proven construction experience as a Superintendent, a history of leading, teaching, and mentoring others successfully, and the ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans, project specifications, design documents, code requirements and other similar construction activities including, but not limited to: Responsibilities:Permit document administration and control. Overview:The Project Superintendent is responsible for the efficient scheduling, management, and coordination of all sub‐ contractors, construction trades, labor crews to work in unity in order to ensure quality and construction progress according to the project Master Schedule.
