Know local area, access to transportation, food, services, safety (police, fire, medical, hospitals, etc.) Negotiate service agreements where appropriate Ensure basic services such as reception, mail, package delivery, copiers, supplies, café spaces, company-provided beverages and snacks, parking, facilities for building (liaison with property owner), shredding/document mgt, etc. Manage sensitive situations involved in office space and moves; maintain confidentiality and trust of leaders and employees to find best solutions for space requirements Organize office functions with responsibility for planning, purchasing, and coordinating events with responsibility for budget Liaison with managers to validate and input hourly employee time into company payroll system.
