Acts as a functional, not linear, leader — focusing on establishing a high-performing, organization-wide QA capability through clear strategic direction, process excellence, and technical leadership. Serves as the Chair of the QA Council, leading and facilitating a strong network of nine QA Leads embedded within product development tribes. Ensures consistent quality standards, fosters cross-tribe collaboration, and drives alignment with the overarching QA strategy.Responsible for shaping, refining, and executing the QA department’s strategic roadmap, including career development frameworks, growth plans for QA professionals, and performance standards.
