You’ll deliver data-backed solutions, manage high-stakes projects, and shape strategy alongside client leaders—helping bring transformative medical advances to market.<br/><br/><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong><ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Support and drive strategic initiatives like process optimization and market analysis. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Partner with client leadership to solve complex challenges. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Turn data and trends into insight to boost performance and inform decisions.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Run meetings, track action items and manage follow-though.   </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Build client-ready deliverables including reports, presentations, dashboards. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Own project timelines and exceed client expectations. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">Lead workshops that deliver results.</li></ul><strong>What You Offer: </strong><ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Bachelor’s Degree (business, economic or finance focus preferred) </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Proven business sense – consulting or strategy experience is a plus!</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Strong skills in data analysis and project management.  </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Clear, flexible communication – great listener and fearless questioner. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau.  </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Experience working with product owners, developing backlogs and writing users stories.  </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in">Adaptable, proactive, and open to occasional travel.</li></ul><strong>Compensation:</strong><ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">$32-$43/hr (contract)  / $65,000 -$85,000  (full time) </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt 0.5in"><strong><em>This is a contract to hire position</em></strong> with an expected contract period of about 6 months. Full time conversion may happen prior to 6 months.
