Responsibilities include preparing, programming, and operating CNC machines for drilling, grinding, and milling; interpreting blueprints and technical drawings; loading materials; troubleshooting issues; inspecting finished products; maintaining equipment; and supervising team workflow and training. Requirements include at least 5 years of CNC machining experience, 3 years in a leadership role, a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a formal apprenticeship, and proficiency in machine operation, programming, and measurement tools.
