Position Description: · Oversight of multi-campus capital project construction management teams for the delivery of completed construction projects; · Oversight of the program’s quality management system; · Maintenance and regular updating of procedural systems required for assuring compliance with District and regulatory requirements; · Interfacing with multi-campus administrations to ensure the coordination of campus operations with ongoing construction activities; · Coordination of program management team planning for construction procurement, delivery, and close-out; · Provide regular summary reports identifying individual project performance for costs, schedule, and quality; · Oversight of and reporting on construction managers’ risk management/mitigation and change management operations; · Review recommended actions for resolving construction project disputes; · Performs other related duties as assigned. · A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the California State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
