Handling credit card payments, ensuring the security of data and adherence to financial regulations. 4. Resolving customer queries related to billing and payment, providing exceptional customer service at all times. 5. Analyzing and resolving discrepancies in accounts receivable records. 6. Assisting with financial audits related to accounts receivables. 7. Working closely with the sales and customer service departments to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 8. Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status and presenting them to management. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivable role. 2. Proven experience in handling credit card payments and reconciling accounts. 3. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of resolving customer queries effectively. 4. Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel. 5. Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in relation to accounts receivable. 6. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. 7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify discrepancies. 8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
