CGRC’s Accounting team is hiring for a Temporary/Part-time Accounting Assistant.This position assists with general duties including accounts payable processing, clerical, filing, and specific projects, such as assistance with the budget.The Accounting Assistant requires a combination of Excel proficiency, solid written and verbal communication, and critical problem-solving skills.This position will work between 16 to 24 hours weekly Monday through Friday.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Accounts Payable: Assist in all aspects of processing accounts payable on a weekly basis.</li><li>Excel projects: Actual data entry as well as formatting reports.</li><li>Budgeting: Assistance with the annual budget for 2026 prepared via Excel.</li><li>Cash flow forecasts in collaboration with the accounting team; assist with preparing forecasts via Excel.</li><li>Filing and other clerical tasks as needed and assigned by Accounting team.</li></ul><ul><li>Adherence to CGRC policies and procedures, as approved by the Board of Directors.</li><li>Participate in organization-wide performance improvement activities.</li><li>Complete annual mandatory training requirements.</li></ul>Who is CGRC? CGRC is a premier behavioral & mental health care provider that embraces its employees as partners in the organization’s strategic plan. What can CGRC do for you?
