Drivers typically complete 12–15 stops per day.<br/><br/><br/>Responsibilities<br/><br/>Pick up packaged orders from the designated store location.<br/>Deliver items safely, efficiently, and professionally to customer homes.<br/>Verify all delivery details and route information before leaving the store.<br/>Maintain communication with dispatch for updates or issues as needed.<br/>Ensure all deliveries are completed within designated timeframes.<br/>Provide exceptional customer service and represent The Shine Lab professionally.<br/><br/><br/>Compensation<br/><br/>Drivers average $500–$700 per day.<br/>$200 daily minimum guaranteed.<br/>Weekly earnings average $3,000–$4,200.<br/>Pay is per stop (not hourly).<br/>Drivers typically complete 12–15 stops per day.<br/>On-Time Delivery Bonuses available for maintaining a 95%+ weekly on-time rate.<br/>Weekly settlements deposited directly, or instant pay options like Zelle and Cashapp<br/><br/><br/>Contract Requirements<br/><br/>Must have a qualifying personal vehicle:<br/>Sedan<br/>Minivan<br/>Pickup truck<br/>Small cargo van<br/><br/>Must carry active auto insurance (TSL covers all additional insurance needed).<br/>Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor (not an employee).<br/>Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable vehicle.<br/>Must be able to lift, carry, and transport packages as required for deliveries (50lbs or more).<br/>Must have a smartphone capable of running TSL's delivery app.<br/><br/>QUALIFICATIONS:<br/><br/>Must own, lease, rent, or otherwise have reliable access to a vehicle suitable for deliveries (currently accepting contractors operating sedans, minivans, pickup trucks, or small cargo vans).<br/>Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.<br/>Demonstrate a strong safety-first mindset, prioritizing the well-being of all individuals on the road.<br/>Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to both clients and delivery recipients at all times.<br/>Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more as needed for deliveries.<br/>Ability to work 5–6 days per week, starting at 7:00 AM and continuing until the assigned route is completed.<br/>Have access to a smartphone capable of running TSL’s delivery app for dispatching, uploading photos, and collecting proof of delivery (POD).<br/>Must reside within 25 miles of the location for which you are applying.<p>Powered by JazzHR</p>
