We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to serve as the on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) for one of our airline customers. In this dual role position, the AMT-CSR will be responsible for performing and overseeing routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, while also acting as the primary point of contact for the customer airline personnel.
