<h3><strong style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Location:</strong> Chico, CA<br/><strong>Duration:</strong> 4 Months</h3><h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using approved IT/CSD PMO methodologies and templates.</li><li>Conduct site assessments to validate design requirements, installation conditions, and risk factors.</li><li>Coordinate installation of access control, CCTV, alarms, intercoms, and related low voltage systems.</li><li>Manage subcontractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure adherence to scope and standards.</li><li>Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and permits required for installation work.</li><li>Ensure all project documentation aligns with PMO expectations, including charters, risk logs, communication plans, and closeout packages.</li><li>Lead on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, quality workmanship, and efficient workflow.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to installation teams.</li><li>Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of installed systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built, change orders, and progress reports, using PMO approved formats.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal partners throughout project execution.</li><li>Provide structured status updates, dashboards, and reporting consistent with IT/CSD PMO communication standards.</li><li>Manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements.</li><li>Facilitate handoff to support teams after project completion.</li><li>Track project budgets, labor hours, and material costs to ensure financial performance.</li><li>Identify scope changes and prepare change order documentation.</li><li>Maintain risk and issue logs in alignment with PMO processes.</li><li>Mitigate project risks through proactive planning and issue resolution.</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li>7 years of experience managing physical security or low voltage installation projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related hardware/software.</li><li>Experience with access control platforms such as AMAG, Software House, Genetec, or similar systems.</li><li>Ability to read construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools and documentation practices aligned with PMO standards.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></h3><ul><li>Certifications such as PMP, PSP, CPP, or manufacturer-specific credentials (AMAG, Genetec, Avigilon, etc.).</li><li>Experience working with general contractors, integrators, or enterprise security teams.</li><li>Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and job site compliance requirements.</li><li>Background in construction management, including experience coordinating trades, understanding construction sequencing, or working within general contractor environments.</li><li>Background in electrical systems or low voltage trades or prior experience working for a physical security integrator.</li></ul><h3><strong>Success Indicators:</strong></h3><ul><li>Consistent use of IT/CSD PMO tools, templates, and governance processes.</li><li>Projects delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.</li><li>Strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.</li><li>Accurate documentation and consistent communication.</li><li>Safe, efficient, and well-coordinated installation operations.</li></ul>
