We are currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in pharmaceutical industry construction. Candidates must have experience in the following areas: infrastructure, utilities, facilities (water, HVAC), and OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) areas (manufacturing and packaging). Must have regulated industry knowledge. Among responsibilities:<ol><li>Develop, implement and monitor project's budget.</li><li>Direct staff to ensure proper functioning of project and fulfillment of objectives.</li><li>Monitor and control all documentation of assigned project.</li><li>Planning and scheduling of maintenance work with contractors.</li><li>Coordinate work to be done, ensuring optimal communication with contractors, clients, and staff.</li><li>Develop weekly and long-term schedules.</li><li>Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate records.</li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical company facilities & utilities construction activities.</li><li>Develop, monitor, and manage projects, timelines, and milestones.</li><li>Communicate progress on regularly defined intervals.</li><li>Collaborate and negotiate with service providers to develop the best cost and best efficiency for scopes of work.</li><li>Provide outstanding customer satisfaction to all internal and external customers.</li><li>Candidates must have a PE license and be an active member of CIAPR.</li></ol> Knowledge/Skills:<ol><li>Good balance of organizational skills; leadership skills; strong work ethic; written and verbal communication skills; and dynamic people skills.</li><li>Excellent time management skills.</li><li>Mastery in construction management.</li><li>Data management tools (e.g., Excel).</li><li>Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening ability.</li><li>Responsive problem solver and action-oriented.</li><li>Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Fully bilingual.</li></ol> Education:<ol><li>Bachelor's degree in BSME.</li></ol> Experience Required:<ol><li>10+ years.</li><li>Experience in Pharmaceuticals Industry construction projects.</li><li>Experience as Project Manager.</li><li>PE.</li><li>PMP.</li></ol> If you qualify for this position, we invite you to apply.
