<p><b>Description</b></p><p>Leidos is seeking an ambitious and outgoing <b>Contractor Network Training Coordinator</b> to support the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformative workforce development efforts by delivering high-impact technical training, building strategic relationships, and supporting the growth of energy efficiency efforts across both residential and business sectors. The Contractor Network Training Coordinator will work closely with the Business and Residential Ally Managers and Field Teams to ensure consistent, high-quality training experiences across the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program.</p><p><b>Location:</b></p><p>Ameren Illinois and Leidos believe it is very important to provide employment opportunity to the utility ratepayers that reside in Illinois. Therefore, there is strong preference for the successful candidate to be located in the Ameren Illinois service territory.</p><p>---</p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities: </b></p><p>Training Sourcing & Delivery</p><ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and secure training formats, including manufacturer-led sessions, instructor-led workshops, third-party modules, and online content.</li><li>Integrate and communicate learning opportunities from local expos, trade shows, and conventions that benefit Program Allies and internal teams.</li><li>Facilitate and support delivery of both live and asynchronous trainings.</li></ul><p>Ally Communication & Coordination</p><ul><li>Schedule and lead regular Program Ally update calls (monthly, quarterly, annual) in collaboration with subject matter experts.</li><li>Serve as a central point of contact for Ally training questions across trades and program channels.</li></ul><p>Training Resource Management</p><ul><li>Maintain a comprehensive, categorized repository of training resources sorted by trade, channel, and measure type.</li><li>Track, attend, and share information on distributor and rep agency training events with Program Allies.</li><li>Oversee spend and budget related to Program Ally trainings and any related subcontracting·</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><ul><li>Connect Program Allies to internal subject matter experts to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Field teams to align training content and delivery with overall program strategy.</li></ul><p>Relationship Management</p><ul><li>Internal resource for Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturer Agencies, Trade Organizations, and other relevant industry contacts.</li><li>Partner with current Distributor Midstream field teams to establish lasting partnerships with supply chain and manufacturer rep agencies.</li><li>Discovering and maintaining relationships with technical contacts within supply chain and industry organizations.</li></ul><p>---</p><p><b>Required Education & Experience: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant energy efficiency or workforce development experience (3+ years preferred) or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience (in lieu of degree).</li><li>Experience working with contractors, distributors, or Program Allies in energy efficiency, construction, or related sectors.</li><li>Proficiency and confidence in delivering engaging presentations and technical training to both large and small groups across a range of experience levels.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder groups and training formats.</li><li>Ability to manage training documentation, event calendars, and maintain accurate data for reporting.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% within Ameren Illinois territory.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce strongly preferred.</li></ul><p>Come break things (in a good way).
