City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking qualified Independent Contractors to provide janitorial services within a food processing facility, or a restaurant. This opportunity is ideal for experienced cleaning professionals or small janitorial companies that meet compliance requirements and can maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in a controlled production environment.<h3>Scope of Work</h3><ul><li> Deep cleaning and sanitation of production floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and offices </li><li> Cleaning of processing equipment and conveyors (as assigned) </li><li> Handling of cleaning agents and disinfectants according to GMP and OSHA guidelines </li><li> Proper use of PPE and adherence to all facility safety protocols </li><li> Routine waste removal, floor scrubbing, mopping, and surface disinfection</li></ul>Requirements<h3>Contractor Qualifications</h3>Independent Contractors must meet all requirements prior to being awarded a service agreement:<ul><li> Valid Business License (LLC or Inc only – no sole proprietors) </li><li> Active Federal EIN number </li><li> Current General Liability Insurance ($ 2million minimum coverage recommended) </li><li> Worker’s Compensation Insurance (as required by state law) </li><li> Minimum 2 verifiable business references </li><li> 18 years of age or older </li><li> Favorable background screening results </li><li> Demonstrated experience with food processing or industrial sanitation (cleaning under GMP conditions preferred) </li></ul><h3>Additional Notes</h3>This is not an employment position.
