To learn more about this location or our Packaging division, please visit: <a href="http://www.gppackaging.com/" rel="nofollow">www.gppackaging.com</a>.SalaryStarting pay is $32.75 and up depending on experience and includes $2/hr shift differential for 2nd (3:00pm - 11:00pm) shift (only). Shift<ul><li>Currently hiring for the  2nd (3:00pm - 11:00pm) Shift. </li><li>Employees must be available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.</li></ul>What You Will Do In Your Role<ul><li>Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability.</li><li>Perform routine scheduled preventative maintenance.</li><li>Respond to unscheduled floor calls, troubleshoot, and perform repairs with a sense of urgency.</li><li>Work in collaboration with a knowledgeable maintenance team and communicative leadership.</li><li>Work with industrial machinery to inspect, repair or analyze mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic components.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, precision-measuring devices, testing instruments.</li><li>Support our safe working environment by adhering to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li><li>Willing and able to work any shift, holiday, weekends, and overtime as needed.</li><li>Provide a self-discipline work ethic.</li><li>Critically problem-solve with team members to solve complicated and challenging problems.</li></ul>The Experience You Will Bring:Requirements:<ul><li>Install and troubleshooting experience with electric motors up to 480V and electrical components I.E. relays, switches, drives, Input and output cards</li><li>Experience with reading and understanding electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes and conveyors.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, fluid, steam, and pneumatics.</li></ul>What Will Put You Ahead:<ul><li>At least two (2) years of industrial corrugated maintenance/military experience OR a two (2) year electrical mechanical maintenance degree.</li><li>Mechanical maintenance experience, including fluid handling and conveyor systems, accumulators, valve identification, application, and welding.</li></ul>For this role, we anticipate paying $32.75 per hour. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. *About Elite Technical Recruiting* Elite Technical Recruiting is a Direct Placement firm partnering with manufacturing companies, successfully placing Skilled Trades and Engineering professionals.
