Key Responsibilities: + Greet walk-in visitors and employees while ensuring proper check-in procedures are followed + Maintain the HR lobby area, including stocking employee forms, coffee, water, and supplies + Support badge management processes for vendors, contractors, and employees, including certifications and licenses + Order and maintain office and orientation supplies as needed + Coordinate and order lunches for orientation sessions + Prepare materials and set up for weekly New Hire Orientation sessions + Maintain and organize new hire binders and onboarding documentation + Track and manage new hire training forms and related records + Post job openings and company communications in both physical and digital formats + Scan and upload documents into company systems including DocuWare, ADP, and personnel files + Assist with filing, file organization, and annual employee file purging + Retrieve and process daily mail, including returned mail management + Support employee morale events and recognition activities + Distribute employee anniversary gifts + Create and update work instructions and process documentation + Assist with additional HR projects and administrative support as assigned + Perform general office duties including scanning, copying, laminating, faxing, and filing Requirements + Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or employee-facing experience preferred + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset + Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels; employees are viewed as internal customers + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel functions (data entry/tracking; no advanced formulas required) + Comfortable working within multiple computer systems and maintaining organized electronic files + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to take initiative, stay productive independently, and prioritize tasks effectively + Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of HR and office-related tasks TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
