Primary Purpose As a Senior Claims Representative/ Claim Manager, you will be responsible for investigating and assessing damage and loss claims. Principal Duties and Responsibilities  Similar Position to a Pre-Litigation Claims Manager/Claims Manager or Insurance Adjuster.<ul><li>Daily claim review and accurate entry of required claim data into claims data base system for both third and first party claims same day as receipt of assignment.</li><li>Within 24-hours of receipt of bodily injury claim assignment, contact and interview claimant and other involved persons to obtain missing information not contained within claim. For non-bodily injury claims, communicate with claimant and any other involved persons within appropriate time frame to obtain any missing information not contained in claim.</li><li>Evaluate investigation results and make determination as to extent of company's liability, if any.
