We are seeking a General Contractor Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the successful completion of our projects.ResponsibilitiesAs a General Contractor Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. Key responsibilities include:1. Project Planning and Execution:- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.- Execute projects according to established plans, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.- Thorough understanding of regulatory environment related to project scope. 2. Team Leadership and Coordination:- Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment. 3. Budget and Cost Management:- Develop accurate project budgets and cost estimates.- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization. 4.Client Collaboration:- Interface with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.- Provide regular updates on project progress and address client concerns promptly. 5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:- Implement and enforce quality control measures.- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations. 6. Risk Management:- Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.- Proactively address issues as they arise to maintain project momentum. 7.
