Monitors project profitability and timelines based upon the scope of the project. 9. Gives routine updates including safety, quality, schedule, and adherence to budget to the stakeholders. 10. Makes technical decisions for the project adhering to all regulations and the scope of the project. 11. Makes adjustments to the schedule based upon input from the customer, the general contractor, vendors, and subcontractors. 12. Acts when the scope of the project changes which could impact safety, quality, delivery, or cost. 13. Facilitates discussions with customers and suppliers to keep the project in scope. 14. Qualifications:
Education & Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>7+ years of combined experience in construction management and real estate development.</li><li>Proven success managing full lifecycle development and construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, building codes, entitlement processes, and construction project delivery methods.</li><li>Experience managing general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP, project management, and real estate systems (SAP, Procore, Bluebeam, CoStar, MS Project).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul>Work Environment & Travel<ul><li>Travel may be required for project sites, broker meetings, and construction oversight (up to 25%).</li><li>Role may be fully remote, hybrid, or location-based depending on project needs.</li></ul>  

Compensation Statement:
